Artist snaps hilarious portraits of people after 1, 2 and 3 glasses of wine
Plenty of us let loose a little after a few glasses of wine, and this photographer is proving it.
For his new series, Wine Project, Brazilian artist Marcos Alberti takes portraits of people after they’ve had a glass of wine — then two. Then three.
He pairs the tipsy photos with a sober shot of each subject — and for most people, there’s a pretty clear difference between each photo. For some, it’s more subtle.
“There is a saying about wine that I really like,” Alberti told Mashable. “‘The first glass of wine is all about the food, the second glass is about love and the third glass is about mayhem.'”
“I really wanted to see for myself if that affirmation was, in fact, true,” he added.
We’d replace “mayhem” with “lighthearted joy,” but for the most part, we’re thinking yes.
